Harry Metcalfe of Evo magazine is one of the most respected automotive journalist in all of the world let alone Britain. In classic Harry fashion he manages to outline all of the high (of which there are many) and low (of which there are few) points of the car in a down to earth and concise manor. I love the car and the noise that its 7.3-liter V12 is capable of making. As always Harry does a master full job of filtering and delivering all of the cars quintessential aspects.

2010 Aston Martin One-77 – Rear 3/4
There are supercars and there are hyper cars and then there are cars like the Aston Martin One-77. It lives in the ultra exclusive car club with the likes of the Lamborghini Reventon, Ferrari FXX and Pagani Zonda R. If you were interested in purchasing one of the 77 cars that will be built by Aston Martin it will cost you a cool 1.8 million dollars.
This may seem to be a high price to pay for a car, however they each of the cars will be uniquely hand built and the value of the car should maintain its self as there are only going to be 77 of them ever produced? So the real question is how much would you pay for a Picasso on wheels?
The One-77 carries a 7.3 liter V12 tightly based on the power plants used in the V12 Vanquish and newer V12 Vantage, but re-engineered completely for this application to produce more than 700 horsepower. The car has the ability to run the 0-100 km/h speed trap in 3.5 seconds and will easily hit the 200mph mark in 7th-gear with plenty rpm left to take you well beyond that limit.
